In my case it is about the power emotions have once we become clear about what caused them and what they tell us. At that point you open up a whole new wisdom. In my experience true leadership needs this clarity, to be ones own leader. Others will choose to be with you because they can sense your truthfulness. Also this is how you can be more happy, healthy and at ease with yourself.

Because I was one of 550 students and we were all shooting our video, you hear a lot of background noise. I am sorry for that.
