didnt have a govt. backing them nor support of the U.S. The report says that the military had officers and soldiers who are Loyal to Marcos when they saw the detoriation and lies of Cory and Enrile and Ramos they knew they had been tricked but this coup was not support by Marcos himself that is why the U.S. govt. had to
