  • Um, is this really true? It only takes 10 days to form a habit? Crraaaazy.

  • For breaking bad habits, it's usually 21 days to stop them, but for starting something new and healthy like exercise we feel it's 10!

  • It's sad when she says that if you don't feel like exercising one day, then at least go out for a walk... sad because walking is one of the only exercises I can do right now - and I couldn't even do that this past week! :( [serious back problems, ugh!]

  • MistyAngel1990 try eating small meals between 300 and 500 calories. This will make you less sleepy. If you are ok with caffeine, I personally like to take "one a day" vitamins because they have the caffeine of a cup of coffee.

  • Fuck she is so hot.

  • That happens to me if I eat a lot of food and feel full (like a big lunch). I found a good way to combat this is to eat a smaller amount of food, not stuff myself, then I don't feel so sleepy.

  • What do you normally eat?If you eat a lot of carbohydrates, this can happen. Do you eat a lot of bread?Sweets?Pasta?Potatoes?Rice?Drink Bear?If so, avoid this food, especially bread. Try eating more vegetables and a steak or chicken. Also, drink a lot of water and exercise at least 30 minutes.

  • Thank you for posting this. I tried it and now I am on day 17 and I feel better and am a little bit lighter.

  • try protein shakes straight after exercise (i mean like within 20 minutes of you finishing your exercise, when your body looks for food to re-build muscle). I go climbing occasionally, although i really should do it more often, but straight after climbing one time I had 2 protein shakes...that's 50grams of protein! the next day I expected to ache like hell as per usual...nothing. no pain. no stiffness. it was awesome :D

  • k im going 2 TRY IT!!!
