MAN SWINGS CAT BY TAIL: CCTV captures cruelty

The RSPCA is looking to trace a man caught on CCTV swinging a cat around by its tail outside the Camden Arms pub in Ramsgate. Anyone who witnessed the attack or who recognises the man is asked to contact the RSPCA in confidence on 03001234999. Report by Mark Morris.
