You don't need ceatine just mix up glutamine in your post workout

i just mix creatine and protein whey with water, half a scoop with each and i never have to worry about muscle soreness again

Question re. the recovery drink and an after workout drink. I am on week 6 of P90X. I weigh 180, 5’5, 37 yrs old. Can you help me come up with a correct mixture. I have Cyto Carb2, Gatorade Lemon Lime mix(powder) and Pure WPI by Bioplex….plz

Good getting people thinking about using their own protein powder as a base and building on it to achieve what the P90 drink achieves.
For me it's Optimum recover (only 2:1). I just add some bannana to bump it up to 4:1 ratio and micronized creatine powder

vanilla/strawberry and peach juice is pretty tasty
Is grape juice good too??

@JohnyRocStyle Yes-you can substitute apple juice for grape juice. I just think Apple juice goes really well with strawberry protein powder.
