Are your coils bi-filar? Bi-filar coils would prevent self-inductance (counter magnetic effect) to a certain extent. I'm pretty sure you have already read this but here it is anyway ;) ... us000512340
Zoooooommmmm That is alot of speed for 100 milli amps at 12 Volts. Very clean setup, I hope your vibration problem is fixed, I rebalanced my rotor, it really gave me more rpms.

Anothing thing also you could try is the us000381970 circuit. Do you think it's possible to close a loop that way?
