Ingredients
•1 Cornish Hen
•⅓ Cup Sweet Rice
•5 Cups Water
•10 Cloves Garlic
•1 Piece of Ginseng
•6 Dates
•3 Chestnuts (Optional)
•1½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
•Some Finely Chopped Green Onions (to Garnish)
Yield: 1 Serving

i had this dish once at a korean restaurant and i was wondering...can i eat the ginseng...hahaha...ginseng is suppose to be good for you..so if you eat it..it is even better right???

Oh..and can i reuse the ginseng???
