The Web of the Past - NCSA Mosaic

Before Mozilla Firefox, before Internet Explorer, even before Netscape, there was Mosaic. It's 1994 again....

Javascript, Flash, CSS etc. weren't invented back then, therefore some pages look quite weird on it.

@ictuwis I used a simple screen-recording software (for unix systems) called "gtk-recordmydesktop".

I had supposed this is NeXTSTEP...So,what OS is tha exactly?

@ictuwis It's a Linux system running a modified version of the 4Dwm Desktop as a graphical user interface (this was one of the GUIs which was popular before the advent of KDE or Gnome). It is a bit dated, but quite fast compared to present-day desktops. - The Mosaic in this video is from the 1994 source-distribution, which still compiles on modern systems with a bit of tweaking.

How did you manage to browse Google without the program crashing? That's what happens whenever I try just about ANY site using Mosaic.
