purified water can't form snowflakes because it lacks contaminants. a snowflake forms around a grain of atmospheric silt. it's the contaminant that gives it it's shape. as for fluoride, underground watersources are MORE likely to have traces of fluorides, especially mineral fluorite and fluorapatite.

Can water filters attached to a kitchen tap really filter out all the harmful toxins?
I drank tap water in Toronto and it tasted terrible. Can we be sure that 'free spring water' is totally pure without it first being tested by health authorities? Water is life!

@shalimarsgirl water filters - probably not... as far as spring water goes... if you can see the water coming out of the ground at the source and fill your own bottle, it's probably pure :)

is the point of this video about saving water ? because there is no such thing water is water sure some can be toxic because of factory's and stuff but that is what filters are for.
