@jf1gd2 Where do you get your (mis) information.
The state does not keep records to harrass you. Yes if you knowingly infect others by not telling them when you know you're HIV positive you can face man slaughter charges.
Hospital staff members are trained to treat everyone like they have HIV. The same goes for child care workers.

get tested so that if you test positive you can be discriminated in the following wonderful ways:
-being banned from entering the military
-banned from entering many major foreign countries
-have your name address and social security number sent off to permanent state records which can never be removed so that you may be prosecuted if u ever spread it
-have your clinic or hospital staff know your status and warn all the other staff to double glove before entering your room
