No real surprise here. There is a general agreement between all the motorcycle manufacturers to limit the speed to 186mph. I can't find any references to this other than a mention by Cycle World, "From 2001 on, the 'Busa and the ZX-12R, and now the ZX-14 and the BMW K1200S, were governed to an anemic 186 mph." I don't believe it is a government enforced rule - if so, it would be a silly one as the level limit is what 60, 65, 70mph for most states. A few bikes will push 200 but others are limited

can't go wrong with the famous jap brands...Honda ,suzuki,yamaha,kawasaki,any korean or chinese bikes should be avoided...i prefer honda myself as ive always owned honda.

you know, only f@#!king noobs, talk about this bike is faster than that bike, all modern day 1000 are fucking fast, i've owned them all gixxer 1, repsol, and r1, unless your fuckin mat maladin you can't fully ride these bikes to there full potiental.. just thought i would post that, to many kids slamming other models
