Nene, your steps are not in sync because you are wanting to teach the casino style turns which are only done with the side to side steps, not the front to back steps........ Anyone can dance salsa with the front to back steps, but it takes a real dancer to dance casino style salsa with side to side steps. Please do not mistunderstand my point, it is just that the two are not to be confused with each other, because they are two completely different dance styles.....
