THis short video shows the installation of VELUX Duo Blinds.

What are they? They are a combination set of a blackout plus a pleated blind,
Why buy them? They are cheaper to buy as a combo rather than as two separates, and they give blackout when you need it and translucent when you don't. Looking good with VELUX

  • If something drops out of the product, you can ask VELUX Customer Services to replace it as faulty - they will organise it to be collected and will replace it without question. They'll never duck out on their responsibilities in my experience.

  • The bit they don't tell you is that if a bit drops out of the unit while you are fitting them, then you have to basically lever it back out from the reverse side with a covered or padded flat bladed screwdriver and hope you don't break the glass. That is Velux's advice from their customer care line. Been there today. We survived.
