Crock Pot Recipe for BBQ Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
2.5 - 5 lb pork loin
2-4 C barbeque sauce
2-3 onions
hamburger buns (optional)
Place pork in the slow cooker. Top with chopped onion and bbq sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or on HIGH for 4 hours. Remove pork, shred with a fork. Add pork back into the cooker and coat with sauce. Serve on hamburger buns, or alone with vegetables.
Recipe located in the Crock Pot Owner's Guide. I take absolutely no credit for it. LOL :o)
I also make this with a whole chicken on occasion. Just cook the chicken on the sliced onion. Let it cool, pull the meat from the bones and then add the BBQ. Top on buns with some cole slaw and it's awesome!

Buns are how you are supposed to eat it lol. You don't look like a health nut. (Don't get me wrong, I love big boned women). Buns probably arent going to send you over the top or make a huge difference. Slap that pulled pork on a bun and go to town.
Nice choice on the Stubbs.
