The Dog In

Video Explained:

It all started with my older brother me and about 10 years ago. There was an advert being shown on TV for Flash kitchen cleaner.

The premise behind the advert was that an uncle had been left in charge of his nephew for the day and as you would expect in a kitchen cleaner advert things started to get messy.

The dim witted uncle sets off the food blender without the lid on to which the nephew says

Uncle Pete mum always remembers to put the lid on

Then uncle Pete lets the dog in which then makes muddy tracks across the kitchen floor to which the nephew says

But uncle Pete uncle Pete mum never lets the dog in
(The line used in the video)

The advert ends with the kitchen gets cleaned up using the product and everythings fine.

My brother and me noticed that at the end of the nephews sentences the kids voice goes really nasally, so we started imitating this to make each other laugh.

Over the years as the joke has gone on we just kept corrupting the end of the sentences (i.e. just the last 3 words the lid on or the dog in) until it become what you saw in the video.

Not a very interesting story I know but it still makes us piss ourselves laughing to this day.

That is funny when ever me and my mate watched this he always sound retarded at the end of each sentence. puts the lid/dog in/ paper down/ uses these. Mum works too hard!!
