Didn't see any 28th Roll On videos so it was time to make one. This is a video showcasing the 28th Infantry Division's song, the 28th March!

28th Infantry Divsion! The "Bloody Bucket". Putting Active duty units to shame since 1879. Each time we deploy, we piss off an active duty unit mainly because they are outmatched with regards to what training and equipment we have. Not to mention the active duty can't stand when the Army National Guard shows them their place as well as that just because we're the National Guard, doesn't mean we are a rag tag force.

Some history about the Division:
The 28th Infantry Division is the oldest division in the armed forces of the United States. The Office of the Chief of Military History certified that General Order No. 1, dated March 12, 1879, officially established the Division. Elements of the Division can trace their histories back to 1747, when Benjamin Franklin organized his battalion of "Associators" in Philadelphia. Other Pennsylvania units of the 28th Infantry Division had their beginnings in the Revolutionary War. Troop A, 1st Squadron, 104th Cavalry, was organized on Nov. 17 ,1774. The 109th Artillery Regiment was formed Oct. 17, 1775 as the 24th Connecticut Militia. Both units served with distinction in General George Washington's Continental Army during the war.

Other facts: The 28th Infantry Division of Pennsylvania is the first National Guard to receive and deploy a Stryker Brigade Combat Team, as well as the first to fire National Guard artillery on foreign soil since World War 2.

And the lyrics:

We're the 28th men
and we're out to fight again
for the good old U.S.A.
We're the guys who know
where to strike the blow
and you'll know just why
after we say:

Roll On, 28th
Roll On, set the pace
Hold the banners high
and raise the cry,
We're off to victory!
Let the Keystone shine
right down the line
for all the world to see.
When we meet the foe
we'll let them know
we're Iron Infantry,
So Roll On, 28th, Roll On!
