Reporter's Notebook: Climbing Concepcion - Life in Nicaragua

This reporter's notebook is filed after living in Nicaragua for five months. It is a real, raw and personal look at what life is like for an American student living in the second poorest country in the Western Hemisphere (only behind Haiti).

It is a reflection on the experiences - both good and bad - and an attempt to answer the question: after you strip away everything you know and are placed in a new world, how do you change?
