Elaboration of a Shortcoming

This kinetic sculpture is an exploration of the sense of vision, its idiosyncracies and failures. By creating a surrogate head for the viewer, in which a small wireless camera takes the place of the viewers eye, the limitations of our vision are exaggerated and the separation between our physical body and our mind is described mechanically.
