Not sure who the band is, but they are playing next to the Jokers sign, so they are probably related to the Hypermix group of bands - you can see their URL at www.hypermix.co.jp - maybe you can figure out who this is by clicking around on that site. Also, they seem to mix members when they play sometimes, so it could be members of more than one band playing together?
