people i am a newly retired petroleum engineer, most i ever mad after 35 years of work in a year was 140k, plus allowance, please stop talking up that industry, you better be a good saver, most of my friends are still paying there houses off.

Definitely a crap company. Its good company to get your foot in the door, but after that. A year or two, transfer. Transfer. Transfer to another company.
Any company. Halliburton. Weatherford. Great White. Any oil & gas service company.
Worked for them for three years as an MWD Engineer. Was making $149/day with them. Switched to Halliburton and now getting $370/day. Benefits are very close to the same with a slight advantage to Halliburton (15% stock discount as to 7%).

@1976tech this company is for pioneers who earn their respect in society and have the ability to do so just because they have the skill.. u sound u dnt.. too bad for u. my dad has worked 25 years in this company. Im proud of him as hes providing me with some of the worlds most refined education. peace.
