  • Jimmy Martin - lead vocal, guitar; Charlie Cline - bass vocal, fiddle; Audie Blaylock - tenor vocal, mandolin; Tom Adams - baritone vocal, banjo; Brad Hudson - bass. Jimmy had an endorsement with the Stelling banjo company, so Tom is playing Jimmy Martin's Stelling rather than his 1981 Gold Star.

  • He's better drunk than I'll ever be sober.

Yup, The King of Bluegrass liked to have a few.

But he still was the king.

  • I was at this festival. I went every year, It was in NY close to where I grew up. Jimmy was drunk and crass the entire show!!!

  • jimmy had obviously been drinking here lol

  • i bet i could get him to come out of his shell...lord lord...

  • Tom's 1981 Gold Star and other Gold Star banjos made during the 1980s were built in Japan. The revived Gold Star line of banjos (starting 2004) sold by Saga Instruments, South San Francisco, California, are manufactured in the People's Republic of China.
