(Since many 3rd party candidates tend to be liberal). It's a real conflict to me. The Ideal vs. the reality (of strategic thinking). But I admire Brooke for her stance and for speaking up for it...
I'm completely torn about this. Of course, it's common sense and fair that the debates should be open to anyone who meets basic, miniumum requirements of a "serious candidate". And the larger problem needing OBSCENE amounts of money to campaign. (And inevitably you're beholden to the people who footed the bill.) That's just a broken system overall. The whole thing needs overhauling. ...
