Wow, putting a paraplegic in jail for pot possession. What nonsense that is. That's not even being prosecuted, it's being persecuted. The founding fathers must be spinning in their graves. Jails get paid for every day each person is left in their. They don't care if you are innocent or guilty when they arrest you. That for the judge to decide. All they know is every person they bring in is another chunk of change for the system. It's pathetic.
