the dea doesnt want it legal because the system makes more for black market items. if it was legal the world drug economic plan george senior put into effect would be worse than the housing crisis ever was. to many people who live middle class wouldnt live middle class anymore its away out of poverty for some people. thats why its kinda like the stock market you take a chance at buying and selling your stock ha ha ha.

Wow, putting a paraplegic in jail for pot possession. What nonsense that is. That's not even being prosecuted, it's being persecuted. The founding fathers must be spinning in their graves. Make the damn crap legal already. Enough of this illegality due to hype and prejudice, which is how it became illegal in the first place. Freedom is not just a figure of speech. I don't smoke pot, but when you hear stuff like this it's all just too much. I vote, but this time I'll be watching this issue. .

Jails get paid for every day each person is left in their. They don't care if you are innocent or guilty when they arrest you. That for the judge to decide. All they know is every person they bring in is another chunk of change for the system. It's pathetic.
