One word can hurt one person, offend another and still make one laugh. To not allow it to be said because it offends one or hurts another is to deprive someone from laughter. The problem isn't the word being spoke. The problem is people don't use their mental filters before speaking their thoughts and don't have respect or courtesy anymore. Don't offend your neighbor, be courteous of others and make your friends laugh.

Actually look up the word faggot. You'll see a huge differencei n how it is used today, to how it was used decades ago.

I've personally used fag to insult stupid people -- never saw it as an anti-gay slur -- since junior high school.

Just like my friends and I have always said; "THIS SHIT IS GAY" when something goes awry.

I don't see it as a slur any longer. I think it is just an insult like "idiot," which used to represent people with mental conditions, but no longer does.

If the dictionary is changing the meaning of faggots, then it should include not just Harley riders, but also loud truck divers and lowriders with expensive wall rumbling sound systems.
