@Rush724 the parkour and free running is the same thing, if you see hmm tae kwon do in korea, and u see tae kwon do in usa, maybe not the same but similar, with the same root

most of this is FREE RUNNING!! flips are not in parkour you even say in the description that its getting from point a to b in the fastest way possible free running is doing it in the most creative way possible!
