  • @FitnessExpertise, So I guess that makes you better than all the "wannabe's lifting heavy weights." Why do you have to call them "wannabe's" just becuase they wanna be lifting heavy? What's wrong with wanting to lift more than your body weight? I do both (BWE & heavy lifting) with all kinds of equipment, including rings. It doesn't have to be one or the other.

  • Lawnmower extension...AWSOME!!

I've been following your vids for awhile now (Mark's too) and have learned a ton from both of you. I abandoned conventional training methods awhile ago thanks to you guys and some others on You Tube that really get that practical fitness means so much more than just looking good in the mirror.

Thanks for the inspiration, dedication and perspiration. You guys rock!

  • For greater strength exercises why not do some traditional ring strength moves like muscle ups, iron cross, handstands, and planches. These will make you a lot stronger and will give you strength that traditional lifts or exercise movements can't give you.

  • @mtbrocks2002 Word it can be both lol

  • That lawnmower extension is a new one. I'll have to try it, thanks for posting this!

  • wwooww awesome deadly hard exercices !!!

    iis this american gym?

    TERRIBLE

make attention to not hurt yourself

  • @PaintedEdge Totally agree with you on this, but the" looking good in the mirror" part just happens naturally if you also have your diet right.

  • good stuff

  • Very stable on the rings! Sweet video. Thanks

  • It's clear, bodyweight exercises, like ring workouts focus on improving and increasing overall strength. Lifting weights, builds muscle to make you bigger. I will never lift weights again, bodyweight all the way.

  • @mtbrocks2002

I agree. Weight lifting definitely has its place.

  • EXCELLENT!!

I'm new to Bodyweight and Gymnastic type exercises and need some advice.

    1. Do you workout your WHOLE body in one day? Upper and lower?

    2. How many SETS of each exercise do you do? One? Two? Three? or more?

    3. How many days do you rest in between workouts? One day? Two days? Three days?

    Thanks!
