All the Notes are here in the Description:
I read most of their documentation (Privacy,Terms, etc) and because the language was not precise, nor always correct english, (which I would expect from being passed by a legal counsel in the USA) and no mention of the applicability of law - usually they say subject to laws of state, USA or something similar - they did say in TOS NewYork:Niagara Country, but then why the Georgia phone number ?? - I would absolutely NOT give money without complete protection. They have no need to know whether you are male or female on signup (they should indicate why on the sign-up page, not in a link, why the information is required - legal?/marketing?.). I wont signup there until I scrutinize it further. Everyone, be careful, please. Full analysis takes lots of time. Brandon appears to be only 20. Not that that is a bad thing, but keep in mind :
The strange thing about Zippcast BeSeen is that it says on its About Us page, "Founded on January 18th 2012 3:30a.m. Eastern," But It has been in existence since before August 1, 2010 in some form . It appears to be run (I dont Facebook because its not secure), most likely by one or two individuals, out of a home located in Georgia, USA. The Copyright Agent/CEO is Louis Gualtieri Jr, 1308 Linwood Ave., Niagara Falls, NY 14305 **But the phone number of that CEO/agent is Georgia 678-528-5070. COO was Brandon Vollor.(zipptube) It used to be parthosted in Quebec City.
All the resurgence into zippcast is because of people fleeing from youtube. My question to new customers - how long did you take to check into zippcast? Or was it simply based on trust of the opinion of a youtube friend? Or was it because it simply appeared as a viable alternative? Do you understand, really, why google is making its Privacy and Terms of Service policies intergrated across all product lines? Really?
Did you know it doesnt cover Google Books, Google Chrome and Google Wallet ? http://goo.gl/sYLNr
Take your time, there is plenty of it.
And, it is typical of certain classes of forum software to never delete customers, has been for a long time.
As Tom Jones says, its not unusual.
***** Be careful with your information. Look, carefully, before you leap. That last step can be a doozie.
PS. ZIPPCAST feel free to correct me, or provide the info that fills in the gaps. Thats not a challenge at all.
You have no life! lol.

@zippspace I'm guessing you're the single "Dislike". LOL. How transparent of you!
BTW 2 1/2 years & only 3 subscribers? WoW! & ZIppcast only 7069 members? double-WoW! I mean that literally. World of Warcraft. Then of course, There's Gamer & Law Abiding Citizen.

What are the implications of not have the option to close your account on ZC? I understand Gozie also has that option disabled.

@beowulf3075 There are several. The most obvious one is that once you leave, you're not monitoring your account AND neither is ZIPPCAST, for unauthorized use. BUT you are responsible for misuse of your account. So, if someone cracks in, you'll never know. Unless you know what to look for. How many people, six months after leaving, will realize "hey, ZIPPCAST isn't sending me any 'where-are-you?' messages." ?
