Wild baby skunks. I was cleaning their cage so I put them in the tub. If they are ever separated from a sibling or their mother, they frantically "eep" and look for them. As soon as they find their sibling or mother, they are quiet again. They will be released back to the wildI am a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. • besides, according to the info these babies are going to be released back into the wild, so i'd assume they haven't been de-scented anyway.

  • @jj299792458 Those skunks were released back to the wild. They were not descented. We only descent unreleasable skunks which we keep for education. Those skunks have free run of the house with the bunnies and cats. Everyone is litter box trained. They don't go outside.

  • If a skunks mother or sister/brother were to die and another skunk made the eep noise, would it struggle until it dies or just forget about it? Please answer back :)

  • @BriannaVANIITY I don't think I understand the question. Very, very rarely another mother might adopt an orphaned baby. If the orphan is by itself, it will seek out another animal or human for care.

  • @MaryCummins Well if a skunk lost its brother would he make that eep noise forever and struggle until he dies or would he forget about it.

  • @BriannaVANIITY He would stop after a short while and give up.

    Cute! :3

  • You're so lucky. You're able to take care of these animals properly, trained and knowing how to handle them, and you get the many memories. Thank you for doing this for them. :)

  • @MaryCummins go to the wild too,u dezerve it.

  • @shilelea are you stupid? they don't need a defense mechanism when they live inside, with people. there are no predators indoors, so they would never even have a reason to spray (which they avoid doing anyway). also, *you're.

  • @jj299792458 yeah disable its one defense mechanism so you can bear to be around it... ...thing is gonna get eaten by a fricken coyote now, i hope your happy

  • @shilelea with their scent glands removed, they're the cutest thing ever.
