  • I am in good shape but i want more muscle, what kind of machines do i need to buy to do your program?,i do not want to leavy my house and go to a gym.

  • @masterpatricZeta3 You only need access to very basic equipment, like a pull-up bar, adjustable bench (or swiss ball) and a set of dumbbells. On average the training takes about 35 minutes per day, everybody has time for that. CK.

    i heard HIIT can build muscle. is that true? i mean look at those 100m sprinters, theyre all muscular.

  • @moddingpc True, sprinters do look muscular because they are very LEAN. And certainly someone that sprints will naturally develop more muscle than a marathon runner or a couch potato. But if you really want to build muscle you need to train with weights. Get the TSC HOC program and make it happen. CK.

  • @TSuperChallenge Is cardio exercise healthy for skinny people with LOW BODY FAT AND LOW MUSCLE MASS? wouldn't be better for this type of body just work out to gain muscular mass instead of losing more fat ? (that kind of people includes me : x .. I started the TSC last week :D

  • is it ok to take longer breaks between the intervals. It's becauso i don't want to have the blood laktat during a season.

    Can i do the scottish 18' with walking back. I mean the distance what i run i walk back. Is that time ok?

  • Kris... Love your videos. May I know how to develop the square kind of pecs that you have? Most others are rounded and bulky and i think yours is the most ideal chest. thks...

  • Lol all of thse are based on normal football conditioning excercises. Interesting, the intervals make it that much better I assume.

    i really would get it but my shoulder is injured so i just can do sprints :)

    and i wondered if i can add few muscles with sprintig and HIIT.
