I fucking love Bas :D I just finished the thai boxing tape on a bag, fuck its hard! Well my punches are like bas rutten punching with his littlefingers... but I got a hell of a workout :D

Depends. If you are just practising for self defence or just keep fit, 3 to 5 rounds of 3 minutes is more than enough. Why. because is you do 3 rounds very well done, high intensity, it willbe a great workout. but just dont do high intesity, wear you out, do it nice, properly and gradually increase the intensity.
about me:15years plus of martial arts. thai boxing, boxing, jiujitsu, capoeira and krav maga.
