  • I speak the Zimbabwean dialect of Zulu (as a second language) and she sings in Xhosa. She seems to say her chance was wasted. She depicts someone who is already in hell burning and she will not have an opportunity again. However the depiction continues with an appeal to those who are on earth, especially warning that they should not be like her. She appeals to preachers to warn about the burning hell in which she is regrettably a victim.

    I did my best

  • (Chorus)

Hatshi ukuzenza! (difficult to translate but meaning sthg close to "I have done myself")

It's been long they've been telling me about Jesus,

But I didn't listen today & now I am crying

My chance is gone...my time has been wasted away

Oh but the things of this earth were nice,

I can see them on the other side those that have been saved

...Now I am going to burn...(the rest of th is line is unclear)
