this dish can not be complete without kaffir limeleaves, it a darkgreen herb that have a unbeatable arome to the dish. If you add to any Thai dishes. you will say" WOW"!!!!!

  • Hi Kai. I don't cook much, but I have really enjoyed watching your videos. Thank you for your work! I have prepared this recipe twice, once using fish and once using pork. The fish version was very successful. I would like to add some vegetables to make this more of a meal. What vegetables do you think might be best to try?
