Dramamine Cover

This is a cover of a song by modest mouse titled dramamine. I have been wanting to cover this song for a long time but have never got aorund to it. I love it's use of minor pentatonic scales and i feel like it perfectly fits my play style. I did not cover it exactly how the song goes i was more or less just jamming I looped the Bass and the Percusions at the begining of the video on my loop pedal and towards the end of the song I go off into my own world and do some improvising. Enjoy.

Question dude, when you are hitting the same string multiple times, do you hit all down strokes or do you alternate up and down on it?

I just got an electric, an the feeling I get is to hit all down strokes but I'm thinking in the long run I'll be better off learning to alternate up and down because you can hit em faster. Any thoughts?

@thinklarge21 Good question man! I remember when I struggled with alternate picking. I strongly recommend that you practice using up and down strokes! It is faster, your arm will tire slower because you are more efficient and I feel like it is more accurate now that I am used to it. When I was learning to alternate pick I would put on a movie in my bedroom and sit back in my computer chair and just pick one string up and down for the duration of the film. Any other questions?
