This is a mistake, a lie or a joke, this is outrageous! I work with damaged newborns. These pictures are not in any maternity home in Bulgaria. Some of the pictures are treated with Photoshop (I've seen babies with mutations). Women in Bulgaria does not carry such hijab.

Absolute crap - Kozloduy cannot cause this - and the film isn't even shot in Bulgaria. This is irresponsible scaremongering.
