HaHaHa You musta been sad little boy growing up... Halifax done me good...Somone who actualal experince life in halifax knows its a high pace life, if you choose to live that way theres alot you can get involed in within every comunity,so Halifax Nova Scotia being boring? well there are moments in the winter, but with good set of Friends makes life exciting, so ya hated on my vid, then hated this 1 as well, Man is this what you do for fun? yes i agree, life would be quite boring

I live in Spain at the moment, but Halifax was my home for about a third of my life. I miss it a bunch.

They CAN be beautiful, they shouldn't be allowed to hold urban development hostage, though. Downtown has plenty of examples of historical buildings that sit as empty derelict shells when the space they occupy could be put to far better use.

I've recently moved to Halifax for school (Dal Arch). Very nice city, quite comparable to Boston in a lot of ways.

It seems to be a very intriguing time for Halifax. NIMBYs and heritage interest groups have supposedly long had a suffocating presence but now there's a remarkably large number of exciting developments in the works for a city its size and downtown is (slowly) rebuilding. A lot of people here complain otherwise and it'll take time, but IMO the future looks quite good for Halifax.
