  • how long has she been training??

  • @mywingchunsucks she's been doing double hand chi sau for about 3 months now

  • and has been practicing with us for about a total of 8 months i think, so all in all, i'm really proud of her progress, of course she is going to make mistakes, but as you all know, that's part of the learning process. i posted this video not as a critique, but rather to show everyone her progress thus far, down the road, i'm sure i'll post again to see how much she's improved. it's also to encourage everyone who's following the Tutorial to keep practicing! - Jin

  • @ChinaBoxer Are you guys left handed? If not, good job doing the whole video left handed, meaning left bong to taun, wing chin stresses right handers to focus on the left side, thats why we always start on the left side, because our right side Is not as good/strong as our left. A lot of right hand wing chunners cannot do chi Sao so good on the left side, they always favor the left. But if you guys are left handed, then I typed this for nothing, lol

  • @SchizophrenicNYC good observation, obviously, i don't want to confuse her or give her to many variables since she's still new to double hand chi sau, so i wanted to keep things simple so that she can focus on just a few changes of pressure. - Jin

  • We have 6 Wt, Vt and WC schools in my small swiss town. Many of their "masters" have trained in a WT school in germany until they reached the 6th Student grade and then they already opened a school an called themselfs grand masters. 90-95% of all wtwcvcvt teachers I see in yt vids are frauds because they move even worse then the so called masters in my town. Im sorry but the truth hurts.

btw my teacher had the 6th mastergrade and 90 Schools in ewto fortunately he left and opened a new school...

  • sorry for the bs jin, hope everyone got a good laugh out of this, i sure did XD

  • @Callimo that 2nd to last comment "Very few of them have women in them & the ones that do lack substance, no structure." i am referring to the wing chun women ON YOUTUBE.

sorry for all the comments. i wish it could all been one big KO instead of many little ones XD

You've been served, my job is done. Ta Ta.

  • @Callimo WC learned because of the decades of added experience.

2nd point: again, if u used your brain, u could have figured I based my 1st comment off of WC videos from youtube, since I don't have the luxury of checking out every WC school in the world...Very few of them have women in them & the ones that do lack substance, no structure. Now tell me, if u have no structure, what type of technique would u have? (hint: a useless one) ;)

  • @Callimo that last comment was the troll comment you earned, congratulations

    this is the serious one.

if you actually use your brain for once, you would realize that wing chun from the shaolin days is different than what we have today. what we have today (and i'm not talking about the watered down WC) is a more evolved version, only because it has gone through many generations of fighting experiences from the sifus who past them on. so in theory what tania is learning is better than what yim

  • @Callimo how am I back tracking? please clarify.

hmm this is the 2nd time u have misread, show lack of comprehension, and jump to a certain conclusions about my comment

this is starting to be a problem that will affect the rest of your life

i recommend you hit the books and build up ur comprehension skills from the ground up. then come back and read my comment. maybe, if u've had the proper training, u will be able to comprehend a couple sentences without looking like a dumbass

    good luck!

  • @Callimo Well, I hate to be prejudices, but considering the quality of the MEN in wing chun, it's hard to imagine many women would have the skill to rival Brook or Tanyia today. I am of course, talking about modern times. If you look at the WIng Chun of the Hong Kong airlines, it's laughable. Not to say women are inferior to men, but good chunners as is, is hard to come by.

  • i think i can take her lol

  • @sickness324 I was just curious. I know NOTHING about WC but after watching @chinaboxer posts I noticed that in Chi Sau (hope I get this right) his hips are always tucked under (structure right?! :D ) and she just seemed to be "anticipating" attacking. Thanks!
