Sue Mallick with Food City presents a fresh recipe for Peach Cobbler Coffee Cake at Food City's Cooking School. Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1 can peach pie filling
1 can sliced peaches

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffyu. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat until just combined. Pour half of batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine pie filling and peaches, spread over batter. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over filling. Make topping mixture and spread over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
