  • i think the best thing that could happend to this man is leaving metallica and have his band. I can't imagine this man in the load-reload time.

  • Dave was born to lead his own band. No way could he just be a lead guitarist in a band. He's a singer/poet/guitarist not a sideman. Lars, James, Dave, and Cliff was a band with all chiefs and no braves. In other words four head strong powerful personalities. Kirk was the perfect fit cause he's a laid back guy who goes along to get along. It has nothing to do with musicianship. Its about chemistry. You can't create if the chemistry is wrong. No matter how many licks you know.

  • @crastonever don't even mention Lulu :O

but no, it probably sounded heavier than it does know, but then again, we probably wouldn't have had a black album as well wich is definitly a shame

well he probably wouldnt function in metallica as well as he does in his own band you know, dave does have a big ego on musician level and that vs either lars or james wouldn't have worked out anyway (hence why he was kicked out of the band)

  • @crastonever Bullshit, Metallica has Load-Reload, Megadeth had Risk.

  • @72mhanna It's because metallica is probably a fuck of alot easier to cover if you're a shitty artist who has to be in a cover band.

  • @crastonever he probably wouldve left once he heard that crap haha

  • Whoah, Nikes screw the champaigne and coke

  • @luisguitarc214 There also wouldn't be Master Of Puppets, and I mean the song rather than the record, although there's a safe bet of that, too. James and Kirk wrote the intro riff a while before and James adapted it, and the band turned it into the song.

  • @crastonever if he was still in metallica, there wouldnt be a load reload time, but thats what happens to dumb danish kids who let go of an amazing guitarist

  • @72mhanna check out a user ldantasloureiro from YT. His Megadeth cover band is phenomenal.

  • It's funny how there are not ANY Megadeth cover or Tribute bands. But there dozens of Metallica cover/tribute bands.

  • @austin2460 Also Metallica didn't seem to suck, And Justice For All was really good. Black Album is great too, even though it was kind of selling out. Load and Reload was different, but at least it wasn't like St. Anger with Lars' horrible snare.
