YOU'RE the retard, parkour and free running are 2 completely different concepts. Parkour is getting from point A to B using the shortest route through your environment, free running is all about flashy flips and tricks.

@vincentferrer777 i never said parkour didn't involve flips, but the emphasis of parkour is the shortest route from A to B, the emphasis of free running is to show off. Take what i'm saying in context, don't change the context to try and prove me wrong where i'm quite clearly right

BTW If free running can be done off buildings and crap, why is it called free RUNNING when you are mostly off of the ground?

@cirko470 Parkour can just be running across a ledge. He's right. Free running is about stunts. Parkour is getting to a certian place using the fastest rout possible
