Another hunt for World War 2 relics! The weather was wonderfull and we did some nice findings, enjoy!

For those of you who are asking me questions about where I search, where can I find helmets and guns, can you please take me with you? etc. etc. I am sorry but I only search with a select group of friends and I do NOT reveal exact locations of where I search so that others can profit of me doing years of extensive research and creating goodwill amongst the locals. I have a personal interest for the story of this region. If you are just in in for the relics then please move along...

And also: I do NOT take ammunition with me home or deactivate ammunition myself. I still have a life ahead of me.

  • The music is Sinfony of the New World?????????

  • @lmpiacentinihotmail Yes, From the New World by Antonín Dvořák, second movement.

  • Would it be possible to restore that M1?

  • @Nebworth1986 No, you will never get it back the way it was.

  • do you always know what it is you find or do you ever have to do some research into it?

  • @joeskirkowski123 Usually at least one of us knows. Sometimes objects are unknown but distinctive features show what it was used for, from there you can define country of origin and model later with books or the computer.

  • That M1 Garand is an amazing thing to find! All your videos are great; 5/5 and subscribed.

  • @volcomdude56 Never found German uniform shards, only buttons. I did find a lot of US uniform pieces however, Poncho, overcoat, gloves etc. Probably because US material was somewhat tougher/heavier, especially the wool and canvas. Also depends on where you find it. A marsch is much better to conserve such things as opposed to a field. Friend of mine discovered a swamped foxhole once filled with large US uniform pieces, even a pair of M43 service shoes which he restored to near mint.

  • Funny, I hear this music when a kid, maybe, 12 or 13 year old. My daddy(deceased) played piano amd like ópera. Him told me the name of the music, and I never forget what him told me. The music and this memoryes of the WWII make feel much emocionate and sad. I born only in 1948 and I now about the war in the school, book, and movies. I like yours movies. Keep posting that I keep watching. Congratulations for your iniciative. We cannot forget about the horror in the war.
