@TheJuliusJT okay he didn't do any dimeola-speed shredding scats. he sang some nice legato lines .nice, and not boring at all. but: he also "said"1 the bass part, scatted. he said 2 a percussion part .perfect, scatted. do you know how difficult that is? on Spain? " interesting but boring." it's one or the other. check the dictionary and decide.

amazing... just came here after listening to Stevie Wonder's rendition and the original by Corea in 1975... and i think this is a level higher... and given that it is played at the Blue Note... reminds me of At The Blue Note by the KJ trio :)
don't worry about ppl who don't like this. they are challenged.
