This Abhang is originally sung by Shri Sanjeev Jahagirdar, Disciple of Bharatratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. He sung this for the first time in Pune Akashwani and subsequently he sang it in his Cassette,Titled Pandhariche Bhoot Mothe which has other Abhangs too. Shrinivas Khaleji guided Sanjeevji in this Abhang.

She is explaining what the song is about. Although the song itself is beautiful, the lyrics themselves are rather weird and unusual. At the beginning of the song, Ranjani laughs and explains that the song says "Do not go to Pandharipuram, because it is haunted by ghosts".
