@cubanninja1 We are currently doing Mike Mentzers HEAVY DUTY workouts which are ONE workout per week. Nothing more. No jogging, no training one body part per day... ONE workout per week. This so far is delivery amazing results, but will not help you run like a marathoner. i have a few questions i am a young athlete trying to get bigger and at the same time lose weight i run long distances and i heard that lowers ur muscle mass i also heard that you should spend one workout on one muscle a day i beleive that but i also hear that u should only do that muscle once a week to give it time to heal while u workout other muscles plz help me by confirming or criticizing i am asking bec i see u have great results any workoput changes is appreciated thank u

@dillonb91 I agree. It's frustrating. It seems like the only way my arms grow is if I grow my legs first. Oh well... lived half my life already with these genes. Not gonna do me any good to complain now LOL. Thanks for checkin in.

It seems like your legs are genetically bigger than your arms in terms of proportion... but nice progress.
