  • well one thing is for sure, the gasol trade was for grizzlies to save money. and its not stern's choice if the lakers offer and the grizz accepted.

besides, its the lakers money and not stern's. artest agreed for less money.

how about orlando? dont u think stern needs to so something about carter??

think about it. it's the lakers money, not sterns...

  • lol, he's not ovverated.. he's a team player and runs the triangle perfectly..

if he was overrated, he would ask for more money..

  • @92890javier lol next season i hope we can challenge the bulls 72

  • hahaha! u got that right!

  • I predict they will g 75-7. 10 more wins adding Ron Ron. We finally win those close games like the one in Indiana and beat teams like the Bobcats.

  • If the Lakers come to play next year, they are breaking the record for wins! GO Lakers and Odom Damn, it took you long enough, im glad ur back give that man some skittles lol

  • A player that tall and strong should be able to dominate the paint and not have to finesse it with the left, like he does, everytime. That's the one thing that dissapoints me about his game. I've always hoped he would at least develop his right and be able to finish with both hands (a la Gasol)... but still to this day he is not a strong finnisher and tends to try to finesse it off the back board with his left when in the lane.

  • If he just "wanted to win" like many exclaim... he would've been willing to sign for the mid-level exception a la Artest... who CLEARLY is a better player than Odom but was willing to take a sacrifice for a chance to win. Odom has been overpaid most of his life.

  • he HAS been asking for more money.. holding out when a lucrative offer was already on the table. The Lakers could offer him the most and he knew that... but he STILL tried to squeeze a little bit more out of them... even evident up until the very end of negotiations 0:45.
