Pinnacle is some cheap unsafe S.O.B's. I see David Molanor the Continental GM at luv field airport have to bring in a plane by himself and unload the plane and upload the place by himself because no Pinnacle employees were on the ramp. The plane from Houston comes in and NOBODY is there and the people on the plane just sit there. I have seen it happen several times. Fly Southwest for a whole bunch of reasons. Pinnacle pays their ramp people $8.20 an hour. You get what u pay for.

keep in mind that it's based off their monthly guarantee of 75 flight hours per month (you can only top out at 100 flight hours a month, HOWEVER you could be on duty for 14+ hours per day and fly probably 6 hours during that time you do not get payed for the other 8 hours). I did not work their, but I knew a couple of guys that worked there in non pilot positions and basicaly they did not like that place at all. Poorly mismanaged disorganized etc, etc, etc. As for the pilots they hate it too

2nd year $21,600 a year And if your an FO for 7 years straight it will $32,600 and that's the top FO pay.
