I am trying to play Skyward Sword. I use USB Loader Gx and have put it to force NTSC and used ios 222 as well as 249. Nothing yet...?

Idk why this don't work for me. I use a black wii and can think of why it don't work. I'm trying to find that software where I can convert the .wbs to NSTC. Do u remember it by chance? Thanks for the help
