As it turns out, it was a liberal blogger that created this image in the first place, apparently a real perv too. As for the imagery, yes it does evoke stereotypes of black cuisine. The effort was much like that of the liberals who were going to Tea Party events and dressing/saying racist things to discredit the movement.
But it is still funny nonetheless, and far lesssevere than the humorous racism that you hear at a comedy show. Some people need to learn to laugh, at themselves even.
