@QSpark Totally agreed! And the conditions we observe in the West is that we are breeding up generations of parasites - non-productive consumers who actually try to bite the hand that feeds them, yet dare to demand that the Hand continue to do so! The "Hand" is the welfare state. Ancient Rome had this problem: vast prosperity led to a decadent culture expecting continued affluence. The Roman solution was "Bread & Circuses". Welfare handouts and mind-rotting 'reality' TV. Not so different.

@428ghost "He lost his shit"... Liberals usually do. 'Poisoning the well', 'hanging labels' and ad hominem attacks are liberals' stock in trade. Rational debate for them means 'everybody agrees with what they say before the discussion has even begun'. You are not alone in your observations, and contestations with, liberals. When they are confronted with anyone who really can dispute rationally - & dares to critique the fundamentals of their cosmology, they can't "kill the message", so...

Dear PJTV. At what point does a bolus become a stool?

There is a difference between Islamic culture and Sharia law. Just as there was a difference between the Japanese culture and the Kamakazi mind set of their military during WWII. Allowing Islamic culture that fits within our ideals of freedom is acceptable. Allowing Sharia law to trickle in, not so much. Some examples good culture, is food, art or dress (with the exception of the Berka, which is mandated by Sharia law.) Discussion about their culture is a good thing, It allows us to choose.

This was way too short.

Please go off for an hour segment ...

I do like this effort at collaboration, but it is too short. I would like to see you discuss the question of whether or not the USA was founded as a Christian nation, founded upon Christian principles or founded on the philosophies of the enlightenment.
I would also like to see a discussion on the reasons that atheists were not able to testify in a court of law and what has changed in the world to make it acceptable now.

I'm not "startled" by Common Sense and obvious facts. Why are you? You must not know the full facts.Does taking a stand include the silencing of Free Speech liberals do constantly ESPECIALLY University indoctrinated liberals? That is liberal tolerance. You miss the point they make. They through "tolerance" around FAR to easily...and label others that disagree "intolerant" rednecks, idiots, etc.
Liberals are harmful fools with an ideology that boarders on a Humanist Religion. THAT is "startling".
I got into an argument (or attempted to in the proper sense of the word) on cultural accommodation with a rather liberal colleague. My colleague tried to cap rebuttal by what was essentially an ad hominem attack. I told him he was poisoning the well by hanging labels on anyone who disagrees with his opinion. He felt his position wasn't for discussion. I asked him, "What's the matter, can't you defend your position, or is it that your position is indefensible?" He lost his shit!

Since the Dawn of Man, there have been parasites that feed off his flesh for the sake of the common good. Karl Marx gave them their slogan, "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need". The Frankfurt School gave them a way to make their stupidity seem intellectual, and Woodrow Wilson gave them the ironic name of progressives.
