Curly Hair Nighttime Routine & Second Day Hair

This is how I protect my naturally curly hair at night. Using this method, I can usually get 2nd, 3rd, and sometimes even 4th day hair. I've tried many methods, but this seems to work the best for me.

I do exactly the same thing with my hair at night. A hooded band is a lot sexier than a granny night cap or stockings, if you can call it sexy at all.
