Chris Krueger discusses some basic elements of proper form to train the deltoids, grip strength and core stability, core strength, with with dumbbell front raise. so that you can transform you body and life your best life possible. It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. Part of that is using proper form so that we can safely train our bodies and get results as quickly as possible.

I strongly encourage everyone to go outside and play. Run, jump, and have fun. Life is to short to spend it inside watching reality tv and eating microwave pizza rolls. Challenge yourself with new activities and push yourself to be your best. And watch my vlog, Transformation Truth

If you set goals to be fitter, faster, and stronger and pursue them with the Heart of a Champion, everything else will naturally fall into place (like getting ripped abs and buff arms). Be your best.

  • Chris....I know that working out is a big deal...you have to decide every day before you goint to the gym...so,..dont you use some of the proteins? for example pure soya proteins,cause ive heard that they are good for your muscles.....do you reccomend it for me?
